Our holiday return policy from December 1, 2021 to January 9, 2022:

Any orders placed from December 1, 2021 to December 15th, 2021 can be returned up until January 9, 2022. Orders placed December 16, 2021 and on will follow our normal return policy. Items purchased prior to December 1, 2021 are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy. Please keep in mind that Covid-19 has caused shipping delays and as much as we do our best to get your items to you by Christmas, we cannot guarantee it.

We are sad to hear you didn’t feel fantastic in your piece(s), but we completely understand that not everything works out and with our goal to keep you more than satisfied, we are here to help! We want to help ensure you look and feel amazing in everything you purchase from us and have an enjoyable experience doing business with us. 

We will accept select unworn, unused and unwashed merchandise with tags still attached within 10 days of delivery date (the date the items are delivered to your doorstep and confirmed via USPS) for exchange, store credit or refund. All original tags must be attached. Please be aware that shipping charges and Route Insurance are non-refundable. All Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. Return Process

You may return your purchase by mail by using our free pre-paid return label. You will receive your prepaid label via email once you have completed the return request. You will simply need your order number and zip code or the email address used when placing the order that contains the item you wish to return. Please drop off your return package with our prepaid return label to USPS. 

For merchandise returned within 10 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, at the original selling price. Please remember, shipping costs and any insurance purchased are not refundable. Merchandise returned after 10 days will not be accepted. While we want to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for and that you love your purchase, please understand that all jewelry and all items marked “Final Sale” are non-refundable. These items are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange.

Return Timeline

Once your returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 7-14 business days. Due to different banking procedures outside of our control, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Additional return details (please read carefully)

-All returned items must be unaltered and include all original packaging, including tags. Items returned without packaging and tags will be considered unsellable and may be subject to the 25% restocking fee. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, free of stains and odors.  Please take extra caution when trying on product while wearing makeup, deodorant, or perfumes as these may stain the garment and make it ineligible for a refund.

-While we at 224Clothing love our fur babies as much as you do, please take extra care if you have a furry friend or family member around.  Pet hair or stains on a garment will make the item ineligible for a refund.

-If the item returned is in unsellable condition, such item may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the return will be credited as a store credit.

-As a reminder, we provide a free pre-paid return label.  If you chose to return items without the use of the prepaid return label there is no guarantee that we will be able to process the return and we do not reimburse any shipping costs.
