Shipping & Delivery
Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Your order will ship with our Standard Shipping + Processing unless you select an alternative method at checkout. We do our very best to get your pieces to you quickly, however, please note, that with the holiday season and Covid-19, shipping delays can impact the delivery time frame of your package.
We strive to process your order within 2-5 business days after placing your order.
Our warehouse is closed on weekends and all holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until Monday of the following week, and orders placed on a holiday will be processed within 1-5 business days after the Holiday.
All domestic orders will be shipped through USPS.
Typically, your package should be delivered to you within 2-10 business days after it has left our warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida. 224Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once it has left our facilities. To help you with these issues, we offer Route Insurance which covers your order if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged and you did purchase Route Insurance, please contact them directly (https://claims.route.com/). If you did not purchase Route Insurance and your package is lost or stolen, we recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim or your local authorities.
We strive to process your order within 2-5 business days after placing your order. All international orders are shipped via DHL. Typically, your package should be delivered to you within 10-20 business days after leaving our warehouse. This may vary depending on the Customs process in the destination country. Customers may be charged duties and tariffs on their international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. 224Clothing is not responsible for any country specific tariffs or duties. Customers will incur any costs associated with duties, taxes, and/or customs. If you used a promo code or received any discount on your order, you will be charged taxes or duties on the original prices. 224Clothing will not alter any invoices or pricing in an attempt to avoid international fees or charges.
Please make sure your address includes zip code and apt number if applicable. 224Clothing is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender and the customer will be contacted to update their address. Customer will be charged a shipping fee to reship a package that was returned.
